TrueFile is operated by Pace Yourself Online LLC. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us through the in-app support form and we'll assist you.

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (after the initial term) are not automatically covered by the 30-day guarantee. If you'd like to cancel a subscription to prevent the next renewal, you can do so at any time from your account page or via Paddle. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
